Inaccurate Ticket Statistics

Greetings, we have a fresh install of osTicket with one test ticket in the system. Can someone explain why the Ticket Statistics are showing 1's across all departments? The one test ticket is assigned to the VSTS department. Screenshot attached.

  • This is a known issue.  It will not be fixed until such time that the devs revisit the dashboard.  It has been on the to do list for quite some time now.  Personally I use the Mod Reports by forum membner @scottro available at sudobash.net
  • Well, it's unfortunate that osTicket reporting out-of-the-box is nearly useless.
