I have implemented OSTicket at my work to track our support calls (big surprise I know). Everything has been working really well and I have found patches for everything else but we have this one issue. We cant drag emails from Outlook directly to the ticket. You have to put them on the desktop before you can attach them. Attaching works just fine but you cant go straight from one to the other. Tried IE11, Firefox and Chrome and getting the same results. I tried googling everything I could but I cant find an answer on this.
I have attached my server information and it does the same to me if its 1.9.x and PHP5. Any input would be helpful.
