Hay!
I looking for help with this Problem: I create a new ticket from my browser and add an attachment. There is no problem.
When the system creating a ticket from imap then is there no attachment.
i have checked:
- permissions for attachment folder -> OK
- config entry in DB (upload dir) -> OK
- allow_attch, attach_size, etc. -> OK
- create entry for attachment in ost_ticket_attachment -> no entry (only for webtickets)
- entrys in logfiles (error.log,access.log) -> no entry
have anyone an idea for my troubleshooting? :(
