osTicket v1.10 (stable) and Maintenance Release v1.9.15 are now available! Go get it now

No Ticket Details when creating a new ticket online.

Updated to the latest 1.10 today and when creating a new ticket online there is no place to include ticket details.

osTicket Version v1.10 (901e5ea)
Up to date
Web Server Software Microsoft-IIS/7.5
MySQL Version 5.5.39
PHP Version 5.5.27

  • OK nevermind, I didnt realize that once you selected a Help Topic (or in my setup, Department) that it would pop up.

  • You could go to Admin panel -> Settings -> Tickets
    and set a Default Help Topic. :)
  • OK, I can confirm I'm experiencing this problem too...

    My settings below and also the blank form I get when creating a ticket..
