osTicket v1.10 (stable) and Maintenance Release v1.9.15 are now available! Go get it now

No Last Updated date and no Closed ticket count after 1.10 Stable update

None of the tickets are showing a Last Updated date and it's not showing the ticket count for closed tickets in the Menu bar like previous versions did (Capture1)

You can still see the closed count at the bottom of the first page when viewing the closed tickets and all the tickets appear to still be there (Capture2)

  • The Date Closed column is also completely empty I just noticed.
  • I just changed the date and time options under system settings and preferences from -Advanced- to Locale Defaults and the times came back. So I guess I solved this one too.

    My old system settings prior to update were:

    Time Format:   02:44 AM
    Date Format:   11/04/2016
    Date and Time Format:   11/04/2016 2:44 am
    Day, Date and Time Format:   Fri, Nov 4 2016 2:44am

    After the update the default Advanced settings that it populated were:

    Time Format:   01:46:38
    Date Format:   11/04/16
    Date and Time Format:   11/04/16 01:46:38
    Day, Date and Time Format:   11/04/16 01:46:38

    Locale Defaults, and Locale Defaults, 24-Hour Time, both show 24 hour time by the way
  • Closed ticket account was removed.
    I'm not sure of the rationale, but I would presume that its because not all agents have access to all tickets.
