Problem with Auto Response (email)
i have the following Problem.
When an Agent opens a Ticket for an registred Customer, the Customer gets an Auto Response that an ticket was opened.
When i send an email from an internal Mail account (Company Mail), a Ticket will be opened and an Auto Response will be send to the mail Address.
So far so good :)
Now the Problem, if i send an Email from an external mail account to osticket, osticket is opening a Ticket but an auto response will not send to the external mail.
But external mailing works. I have tested it, i have manually opened a Ticket for the user with the external mail and the response will be send.
