Overdue tasks emails not received

I'm using osTicket v1.10 final.

I'm not receiving notification emails for overdue tasks. It works with due tickets, just not for tasks.

I have the alerts enabled on Tasks settings and a template email set for the notice. There is no error logged, it just doesn't work.

Is this a known issue?
