Creating new user appears to create a blank, uneditable user
I have a fresh install of 1.10 here.
From agent panel, click "tickets" -> "new ticket" -> "add user" -> "New user" ...
Nothing to edit. Creates a blank user. Attempts to edit comes back to the search window with nothing to edit.
Any advice? I have a brand new database, install went nicely and I have all green checkmarks.
