Due Date field on open ticket page
apologies in advance if this question has already been asked. i'm running osTicket v1.10 and was wondering if there is any way to add a input field of due-date (image attached example 1) like there is on the Agent edit page onto the Open ticket page (image example 2) so that a customer can establish the Due-Date on ticket creation?
the reason for this is to get clients choose the Due-Date of the ticket and this due-date appear on the open tickets dashboard. right now i still have to login into the ticket and update the due date manually. I've already tried creating a custom form (image example 3) but it doesn't set me the value in the database duedate field of ost_ticket table when i login.
Any help is greatly appreciated. thank you.
