PDF / Printing v1.10

Since upgrading to v1.10, I've been unable to print tickets with or without internal notes. When selecting print on the Ticket Print Options dialog box, I immediately get a HTTP 500 Internal Server Error. Any suggestions?

    There were supposed to be attachments that had all of that information. I guess they didn't make it. My apologies.

  • I do not see any PHP error logs.
    I also cannot replicate your report on my 1.10 installation.

    i have the following problems with the pdf export file:
    • logo is missing
    • system messages missing (ticket assignment, new ticket, status change,...)
    • the design of the previous version (1.9) was better!

    P.s. Printing of Tasks is not working! --> blank pop-up appears...
