Feature Request - Field required, but only on ticket close

I'd like to have a required field on a form, but don't know the answer until the job is complete. For example, someone opens a ticket that machinery is broken, we fix it total the internal repair costs and on job close can say this repair cost is $100. That way reports can be run against various categories and compare to planned budget or help formulate next years budget.

  • This is already a feature.
    Go to Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Ticket Details.
    Click the Config buttoin to the right of your custom field that you want to require.
    Click on the Settings Tab
    Tick "Require entry to close a thread"
    Click Save.
