groups to Roles

How does the upgrade effect Groups to Roles from 1.9.15 to 1.10? 
Do the Groups disappear and roles show up? 
Does the operation of the helpdesk stop working in anyway when groups disappear?

  • I do thank you for replying. I am just wondering what osticket does if you designed your system to use groups and they are no longer there.
