Periodically spam tickets are deleted out of a system which uses the fs-storage plugin. When deleting multiple tickets the process stops and either the server times out or you need to refresh the page and restart. In the log an "IOException: Unable to read resource content" is stored. In this setup the attachment folder is regularly scanned by the systems' anti virus programm and suspect files get quarantened (moved&deleted). When osTicket cannot find an attachment file corresponding to a ticket it wants to delete it does not decline gracefully but stalls as described above. osticket should ignore missing files, simply log the error and continue deleting the remaining tickets. I think this is rather a bug in osticket than the plugin, as the deletion process is native there rather than in the plugin.
