[resolved] Agent can edit check boxes even if not have permited

I use osticket version 1.10 and when I use check
boxes in a custom form, and in configuration are allowed for editing by the client, and
not by the agent, if the agent edits the ticket and the box has been
marked by the user, it is automatically cleared even though the agent
Do not clear it
