Incorrect pagination and ticket count for users

I'm currently running v1.10 (901e5ea) and am quite happy with the software so far. Right now I'm trying to find out what is causing a small bug when it comes to ticket counts on the main user page.

In the picture you can see where it says Showing 1 - 25 of 225 Open Tickets, which is quite wrong for the user. 219 is the correct number when adding up all cloased + open tickets (agent screen numbers) so I assume the remaining 6 are old test tickets that were deleted or something. Just above that line it clearly states Open (4) | Closed (29), which is correct for this user. You can also see that below the table it shows 9 pages. Clicking on any of the other pages makes the table say, "Your query did not match any records", as you would expect. The page count is the same for closed tickets and it changes to Showing 1 - 25 of 225 Closed Tickets - which is still wrong of course.

Any suggestions on what could be causing this? It's a base install that I have made no changes to outside of what can be done via the web interface.

  • I dont see an open issue report for this at github, but I'm told that the devs know about this and are working on fixing it as it is a known issue.
