Agent not able to access non-assigned tickets even though granted full access in Osticket 1.10
Have installed Osticket 1.10 recently. Have PHP Version - 5.4.45
Mysql - 5.1.73
In it, agent is not able to access non-assigned tickets even though granted full access by admin.
It gives this error when the agent tries to open the ticket by inserting the url containing ticket id in the browser address bar -
Access denied. Contact admin if you believe this is in error
Please guide whether it is a bug or I am doing something wrong.
