    Server environment details?

    Version of osTicket?

Did you download the plugin, then actually put it where it tells you to put it?
    /your/path/to/osTicket/include/plugins

Are the permissions on the file that you uploaded capable of being read by the user that the webserver runs as?

Are you seeing any PHP errors or webserver errors?
  • Have installed Osticket 1.10 recently. Have PHP Version - 5.4.45
    Mysql -  5.1.73

Yes, I have downloaded and uploaded the storage-fs.phar  into include/plugin

I have checked the permissions on the include folder, plugin subfolder and also the storage file. They are all 755

I have checked for Php errors and found none.
