A Couple of Issues / requests

Hi, have setup osticket on a Windows 2012 R2 Server and are seeing a few issues

1 - unable to Add Organizations seeing the attached when trying to add an Organizations.

2. Also when creating tickets we are unable to add users on the fly,after adding the user no information is addedd and when editing the user we see the attached

3. When Assign a ticket to a team it assign the ticket to who eitther created the ticket for example we have a team called level 1 support who has 2 agents agent1 and agent 2, agent 1 logs a ticket for user abc and the assigns it to level 1 support and is assigned the ticket, he then logs a call for user 123 and assigns the ticket to level 1 support and is also assigned the ticket. admin logs in and logs a ticket for user 1234 and assigns it to level 1 support buy is assigned the ticket.

    3. Admin panel -> Tickets -> is Claim on Response enabled?

    0.  "Latest Version download last week" is not a helpful answer.  See paragraph above.  Read it.  Follow it.

    1. You appear to be missing your Organization Information form. (ie Admin panel ->> Manage -> Forms ->> Organization Information).  Could be an AJAX issue.  Webserver and PHP error logs? Webbrowser dev tools displaying errors?

    3. That would be why when your agent replies to it, that it is assigned to the staff replying first.

    I have seen this behaviour when you are using 1.9.# language pack for 1.10, be sure not to use a language pack, use the default provided language pack. Language packs have not been released for 1.10 yet or it could be ajax :)
  • Thanks, Version 1.10 , checked and the web forms appeat to have their Options Disabled, Enabled them and can now add organizations.

    yeah uncheck the Claim on Response 

    Sperrrow how to a change the Language Pack?

  • un check Claim on Response and the ticked is assigned to the Team
  • The question is - are you using English language pack or not? :)
  • I'm curious by what this means "the web forms appeat to have their Options Disabled"
