Search by custom field in Lookup or create user popup form.

we added one custom field (mobileno)  in contact Information form.
while create ticket by agent the user look up form is opening.
In this form Search by email & name its working fine.
In this form can we search by our custom field mobile no .

If its having any solution please suggest...

  • we have added one custom field  Mobileno or any other field in Contact Information form.
    This field wise can we search in User Look up form.
    Email & name wise already we can search in User look up form.
  • we are using v1.10.image

  • You can only search on Name or email address last I checekd.
