Is there any "Catch all" filter?
I'd like to apply a filter to all tickets on a specific "Target Channel".
I'm currently selecting the required "Target Channel" and using the Filter Rule:
"User / Email Address" -> contains -> "@".
Does creating filters without any Filter Rules Catch All tickets or Catch None?
