Unable to log in. Check SMTP settings.

Hi I don't know why I cannot set smtp it always say Failed to connect to xxx.xxx.secureserver.net:465 [SMTP: Failed to connect socket:
Connection timed out (code: -1, response: )]


the hostname ,username and password working fine in my localhost, but when I configure in live server googel cloud computing engine, it always failed to connect socket like above error.
