Hi All,It would be very helpful if the "thread" view of a ticket's events would show the email address(es) of any recipient(s) who were emailed as a part of each reply. Because ticket replies can be sent to other "collaborators" in addition to the specific customer that a ticket is assigned to (or to no one at all), it is not possible to determine who a ticket reply was sent to (if anyone) when reviewing a ticket's progress. A sample ticket thread showing replies without any delivery information can be seen in the attached screenshot.Thanks for considering this feature request,Scott
