Removing Canned Response

Os ticket version : v1.10 (901e5ea)

Is there a way to remove that feature when creating a new ticket ?
I went in the admin panel, in knowledge base and disabled canned response but i do see the section when creating new tickets.

    Canned responses are only seen by agents and not users. Why are you trying to remove it? That feature can save you a ton of time.
