@mkaatman@ntozier@mfelber@blueyeguy This is my experience and might not help others with their upgrades. However it seems that for some reason that the tables and columns that are created/renamed by the upgrade script, was allready in my database. So I sat today and took it one step at a time. For me to successfully upgrade my working OsTicket install to 1.10, I had to drop certain tables and columns. Maybe we can add these to the upgrade script to drop them before the upgrade begins. This might solve many other users upgrade problems. My Steps to fix my upgrade. (Done in test enviroment)Connect to MYSQL from CLI - mysql -u root -p Change to OSTESTDB - use OSTESTDB (This should be the name of your DB)Drop Tables that should'nt exist - DROP TABLE ost_translation, ost_role, ost_queue, ost_thread_entry, ost_thread_entry_email, ost_help_topic_form, ost_lock, ost_thread_collaborator, ost_thread_event;Drop Columns that Should'nt exist - ALTER TABLE ost_task DROP COLUMN lock_id, DROP COLUMN closed;Proceed as per normal upgrade.Hope this helps other users with their upgrade problems.
