... OK, I have downloaded and installed the language pack again but this has not solved the issue.
Then I have got deleted the language pack file from the server and reloaded the osTicket interface. It cames back in English language but the issue still exists: There is no save button in Admin-Panel -> Settings-> Tickets and Also I am not able to activate the tabs "Autoresponder" and "Alerts and Notices".
Doing a search has also not shown any helpful posts.
Are there any further ideas?
