Issue encountered after upgrade to V1.10

I have just upgraded to V1.10 and have had a small, but hopeful easy to fix, problem
On the client side and the staff side,
When i click the print button on the view ticket details i am greeted with a 500 error,
The www.support.stonedintonhartwell.com page isn’t working
www.support.stonedintonhartwell.com is currently unable to handle this request.
Has anyone got any idea's as i use the print function quite a lot.
