Issue encountered after upgrade to V1.10

osTicket Versionv1.10 (901e5ea) —  Up to date
Web Server SoftwareApache
MySQL Version5.5.51
PHP Version5.4.45

I have just upgraded to V1.10 and have had a small, but hopeful easy to fix, problem
On the client side and the staff side,
When i click the print button on the view ticket details i am greeted with a 500 error,

The page isn’t working is currently unable to handle this request.


Has anyone got any idea's as i use the print function quite a lot.
