Role Access by Sub-Help Topic 1.9.x



We are using the os ticket system.

The users are able to access their own tickets and the
tickets created by their organisation (i.e company).  However, we would
like to restrict the accessibility such as a user would be able to see some of
the sub-topics created by their organisation. In short, we would to restrict
accessibility by the topics.


We would like to get some technical advice based on this

  • This is not a feature in osTicket at this time.  I also do not think that it is on the table to be added as one.
    Your best bet for a work around would probably be to setup separate organizations.
