We are using the os ticket system.
The users are able to access their own tickets and the
tickets created by their organisation (i.e company). However, we would
like to restrict the accessibility such as a user would be able to see some of
the sub-topics created by their organisation. In short, we would to restrict
accessibility by the topics.
We would like to get some technical advice based on this
