Automatically Change User

Hello, is it possible with either the API or the Ticket Filters to automatically change the user? What we would like to do is take a ticket that is generated by the API and based off of the ticket details assign the user.

  • This is not a feature in the API or of osTicket at this time.

    You can EDIT a ticket and change what user the ticket belongs to via the UI.
