Using Version: V1.10I wonder whether OS Ticket, out of the box, can have further modified custom forms and maybe I am missing something here. I have added custom forms in, but it appears to only offer an additional 4 fields? Is this correct and can further be added within the system, or would this require getting in to the code and modifying manually?The reason I ask, is that one of the departments using OS Ticket within our setup would like an additional 8 forms adding in.
