Add new mail settings

Hi expert, I would like to know what it is the purpose of add more than one email settings, I've configured two emails, but I just can use one turning on like default.

I'm working with create ticket by receiving incoming mails, I've tried to use two incoming mail, but the system work with one default mail settings.

  • We use multiple email addresses to route tickets to different departments.

    support@domain.com, purchasing@domain.com, sales@domain.com, etc.

    if you only need one email address, then use one email address. You are not required to set up multiple addresses.
  • Also you can collect email to create tickets from more then one email address.
