No trailing / in domain

Hello all!

I've set up a new install of osTicket and everything seems to be working fine except for one issue.

The e-mails with URLs being sent out do not resolve because instead of link to domain.net/scp, it links to domain.netscp. It doesn't add a trailing / at the end of the domain name to the link. However, the text of the link does show a trailing slash. The helpdesk URL does include a trailing /.

Any help would be much appreciated.

  • Admin panel -> Settings -> system -> Helpdesk URL:
    Add the trailing slash.
  • @ntozier As stated above, it does have a trailing slash in the helpdesk URL. For some reason changes in system settings are not used. I also changed the Helpdesk name and although the changes are in the database, the old helpdesk name still shows up everywhere.

    Webserver ver? 
    PHP ver?
    are you using custom .htaccess/mod_rewrite/etc rules?
