Publishing selected response


I heard perhaps that it is possible to publish a selected response of some conversation within osTicket (in that way, it could be searched could on the Internet). Does it exist any option - a feature / knowledge base - in osTicket to choose a specific response and publish it in?
I was trying to find any mention of it, but I was not successful.

  • I believe what he means is that a Ticket comes in for an issue, and a reply is made on how to resolve the ticket.  You can then export that response into a knowledge base question and answer.  

    As for as does it exist - not that I know of.
