Forgive me if this topic is covered, searching on "Filter" brings up lots of responses and I have not found one yet that helps.When setting a filter, is it possible to filter on the subject line? I see options for filtering the to, from, etc in the drop down, just not subject.My goal:On a new ticket formation I would like to assign the ticket to a given department or agent based on text in the subject line. Text will be unique such as #ORD representing Chicago O'hare airport as example.I see where the system would first search the subject line to verify new ticket or attach a response to an open ticket, this would need to occur after that I would believe.Thanks for helping!R
