schedue to follow up on after ticket is closed

I would like to know if it is possible to have a mod to send a email 7 days  (or any other amount days after the ticket is closed )after a ticket is closed to send the ticket user a follow up message to ask to rate the experience or if they are ok with the solution provided ?

is there any way to to do this ?

you help will be appreciated

  • Sure.  But you would have to code it yourself.  If it were me I would setup a script to be run by cron nightly that checks all tickets closed in the last X days and update a config table entry with the last record processed or something similar.
  • uuys, I have sent you a message regarding this as I am looking to action something similar... maybe two brains together and all that we may be able to get it working.
