I have changed the User Settings to require registration and login to create tickets
I have changed the registration method to Private - Only agents can register users
Two options are displayed in the sidebar
Open a New Ticket
Check Ticket Status
when you click Open a New Ticket
You are correctly prompted to sign in AS IT SHOULD
the problem is the dialog on the page is still misleading
"To better serve you, we encourage our Clients to register for an account.”
I can live with this despite the fact that it should say something along the lines that only registered users can create tickets
More of an issue with the message at the bottom
"If this is your first time contacting us or you've lost the ticket number, please open a new ticket”
This is VERY WRONG and should not be there. Its telling non registered users that they should open a ticket to contact us
When you click the link it just refreshes the page as the settings require someone to login to create a ticket.
The message at the bottom is redundant at best (especially the link) and potentially misleading.
Is there a simple way to change or remove these messages?
Would also like to change “I’m an agent” to something else on this public page.
