More of a question.
I would like to integrate a rating system for agents. Not just some general customer satisfaction survey but an actual client rating for each completed ticket.
I would like to have an overall rating for each agent.
Think UBER driver ratings
Is there an existing add-on or service that has been integrated with osticket to provide this?
