I am running osTicket Version v1.10 (901e5ea) on a Linux machine with only an internal IP address. This machine is only running a LAMP stack with no mail server. I have successfully modified http://<internal.ip.address>/support/open.php to display the ticket number so a staff member can copy it. Since this machine has no external Internet access and no mail services, I want to modify http://<internal.ip.address>/support/view.php so that my coworkers can type in their ticket number and see the status of their support request without it trying to email them a link. Has anyone modified their osTicket to do something like this? Can someone point me in the right direction so that I can do this myself? Thanks in advance for any advice or shared code.Allen D.
