Hello there,we recently installed osTicket V1.10 as an upgrade to our existing osTicket installation.Ever since, we encounter the following issue:- When the user sends an email to our ticket system or replies to a ticket using email and if this email contains german umlaute for example, the body of the ticket is empty.- As soon as the user leaves out the special characters, everything works fine.We were able to fix this issue on our side by manually applying this fix:https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/issues/3278Will this fix move into the actual osTicket software in a future update or is it a misconfiguration of our server?Our system is running the following software:osTicket Versionv1.10 (901e5ea) — Up to dateWeb Server SoftwareApacheMySQL Version5.5.54PHP Version7.0.16Any help would be appreciated.
