When I mark a ticket either closed or resolved it disappears from the UI. Is there a setting somewhere that I missed? It would be helpful to see closed and resolved tickets. I'm using v1.10 (901e5ea) on a windows server 2012 with IIS 8, mysql 5.7.17 and php 5.6.30. Thanks!--updated--I fixed it. Looks like this was an issue with role assignment. The ticket was posted in a department that the agent wasn't assigned to even though the ticket was assigned to the agent. As soon as I added those assignments to the agent, all the closed and resolved tickets appeared in the agent's closed tab. Feel free to disregard this post as it is resolved. Thanks!
