Linking/Attaching FAQ Article to a Ticket Response

Hi there,

i'm searching for an option to link an existing FAQ to a Ticket response, i'm pretty sure it was there with the 1.9.X
but i can't find it anymore in the latest version. This would make things much easier if i just can select an existing FAQ and attach it to the ticket response instead of going to the public FAQ, copy the link and paste it into the ticket.

  • I would like to say something off topic of your thread, but you should upgrade your PHP to 5.6. It's outdated for this version of OSTicket and many people have had issues and the fix was upgrading to PHP 5.6.
  • It sounds to me like you had previously modified your version of osTicket.  There has never been a link to FAQ feature in osTicket.
  • OK, maybe not, but it would be awesome to have it then ;-)
