Hello,Currently using the latest version of OSTicket, but facing a problem. When a user sends an e-mail to our helpdesk mail, OSTicket automatically creates a ticket and places it in the Open Tickets view. I then reply to the ticket and the ticket is no longer visible in the Open Tickets view, but in the My Tickets view. So far so good. Now the user replies to the ticket through e-mail and OSTicket picks it up and adds it, but the ticket does not pop back in the Open Tickets view. It remains in the My Tickets view with the only indication showing that the user has replied, is the bold text on the ticket number. Any idea how we can get those tickets back in the Open Tickets view, once a user replied? Thank you!
