We got an E-Mail from a user which caused 2 System errors (smtp, php mailer) when the autoresponse should have happend and also when answering on the ticket.
(Names change but format kept)
Unable to email via SMTP..de: Validation failed for: ""Person Heßler""
Unable to email via php mail function:=?utf-8?Q?=22Person_He=C3=9Fler=22?= mail() returned failure
The fetched E-Mail also just had the first line of the E-Mail (compared with original E-Mail with fetch).
At first I thought it was the 'ß', but after testing this with an own E-Mail with 'ß' this worked fine. That Person is the only one with "" in the user name, so I strongly suspect this to be the problem. Unfortunaly I have no Idea how to reproduce this in test (Thunderbird does not send "" when I put that into my name) and I have no Idea what the user uses to send E-Mails, but we got quite a few of those it seems (osTicket is newly installed and this is the first user with this format since then).
