Ticket Status per Department

Hi i would like to suggest to add a new ticket status filtered by per department..
Like on 
Purchasing Department they can only see status
Ticket status:
Open
For Approval
For Quotation
For Purchase
For Delivery

Marketing Department they can only see status
For Design
For Layout
For Printing
Customer Service Department they can only see status
Open
Resolved
Closed

I did put this Statuses on the current system but it appears in all department and some status are not related to them.

  • Interesting idea, but what would happen when you transfer a ticket from one department to another and it is set to a status unavailable to the new department?
