Can anyone confirm if OS Ticket supports the use of opening hours. As at the moment our SLAs are flagging up that a ticket is stale / overdue when we are not here. Obviously I can adjust the SLA to account for the additional hours, BUT, when it comes to public holidays / christmas, etc then it'd be great to have a setting to account for this.
If it's not already there, can I make a suggestion for this?
