Where can I change the default premade replies of the ticket?

Admin Panel > Emails Tab > Templates > Chose the template and within side you will see the different pre-made responses.
Also:Admin panel -> Settings -> Agents -> the Templates tabandAdmin panel -> Settings -> Users -> the Templates tab
