Premade Replies

Where can I change the default premade replies of the ticket?

Os Ticket 1.10
S/o: Debian 8
Apache 2.4.10-10
Php 5.6.26

  • Admin Panel > Emails Tab > Templates > Chose the template and within side you will see the different pre-made responses. 
  • Also:
    Admin panel -> Settings -> Agents -> the Templates tab
    and
    Admin panel -> Settings -> Users -> the Templates tab
