Filter Ticket on agent's change

I would apply a filter when the agent update the custom field. How can i do?
Can i apply only the filter after the input of user?

    Ticket Filters are only run at Ticket Creation. They are not and cannot be run afterwards.
  • Hi motux,

    Ticket Filters only check new tickets, not existing ones.
