v1.10 Suggestion / feedback: TasksI use forms to have agents input data and variables to tickets. It would be great is tasks lists and help topics could be united so,When an end user creates a ticket for Help topic 1, it auto generates a list of tasks that perhaps might have been defined in Admin > Manage > Tasks > Lists tab. (for example)This tab would allow you to create a task then save it as a tasklist. These tasklists are available via Admin > Manage > help topics > Tasklists TabSo when a ticket is created for a help topic, tasks for that ticket that might be repetitively created by a triage agent are auto generated, and perhaps auto assigned.Just a suggestion that I for one would find most useful as all my tickets get the same tasks assigned.
