Unable to paste images

Good Morning,

with the last upgrade of OsTicket we lost for the Chrome browser the ability to paste images in the administrative backoffice to reply to tickets, which is still working of Firefox.

When we try to paste a snippet or a copied screenshot into a ticket we get by email the following error warning:

    Try upgrading your PHP to 5.6

    There have been a lot of issues reported with versions older than 5.6

    Also, does not appear to be Feedback or a Suggestion. Moving to Troubleshooting and Problems.

  • Personally I have ALWAYS has issues with this functionality.  I only click the img icon and drag and drop the image to the ticket that way. (for inline)   or drag and drop it to the attachment bar if I just want to attach it.  I have never had issues adding images this way.
