Department transfers when assigen ticket to an agent in another department.
When we assign a ticket to a staff who is another department ticket should transfer to that particular staff's department.
Ticket Created by Staff 1 in Department 1 and assigning to staff 2 in Department 2. This time ticket should be transfer to Department 2.
I am using the latest version of osticket.Can any one assist me on this.
