Hi,I have set up an Email filter to assign emails/tickets to an agent and to set a department.See attached files.It sets the department but does not assign the agent, any idea why this is so?

and yes the user is part of the department Safari, she has expanded access, so there should be no conflict.
Hey,I recall that i had some problem when using equal in the filter comparison, try using contains instead.
Thx Micke1101 but that didn;t work, with "contains" the department is set but still not the agent.There is no department manager, will this make any difference?
Just added department manager and still not working.
Its ok, sorted this.I changed "Assignee contains...."to "User email address does not contain..."You can close this, thx.
